Frequently Asked Questions
What are the check-in and check-out times, and are exceptions possible?
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm, and check-out is by 11.00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is possible subject to availability and for a fee.
What payment methods are accepted, and how much is the deposit?
A deposit of 30% must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by Mastercard, Visa or EC card (Maestro).
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. After that, charges apply on a sliding scale: 40% between 3 and 1 month before arrival, 1 month to 1 week: 70 per cent, and in the final week before arrival: 90 per cent of the total amount.
Are there car parks, Wi-Fi and are pets allowed?
Outdoor car parks and Wi-Fi are free of charge. Pets are very welcome here – please note, however, that pets are not permitted in the ‘RÖSSLE’ room category.
Are there family rooms or rooms with connecting doors?
Yes, we have spacious family suites as well as rooms with convenient connecting doors.
What wellness facilities are available?
You have access to an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, a saltwater steam room and an infrared cabin. Bathrobes can be found in the bath bag in your room; towels are provided in the wellness area. You can simply book massages at reception. For environmental reasons, we do not provide disposable bath slippers (an emergency supply is available at reception).
Is there a gym?
There is no dedicated gym on the premises, but you are welcome to use the gyms at our partner hotels, the Wirlerhof and Almhof, free of charge.
What does the ‘Verwöhnpension’ include, and what dining options are available?
The ‘Verwöhnpension’ includes daily breakfast, an afternoon snack and dinner. The hotel also features a cosy à la carte restaurant and our bar.
Are special dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) available?
Yes, we offer suitable alternatives. Please discuss your requirements briefly with our reception in advance.
How far is the hotel from the mountain railways?
The Galtür (2 km) and Ischgl (10 km) ski areas are easily accessible; the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
Does the hotel have a ski room or bicycle storage room?
A ski room is available in the basement, and bicycles can be stored securely in the garage.
